The photo here is of the descendants of Elisabeth Funk (1847-1919) and Dietrich Wiebe. Dietrich Wiebe was Elisabeth Funk's first husband before she married Klaas Fransen in 1875. At the time of his death, they had four children: Elizabeth, Heinrich, Anna, Maria who were all under five years old at the time of their father's death, and their mother's marriage to Klaas Fransen. They were henceforth raised by Klaas Fransen & Elisabeth Funk in Mariawohl, becoming siblings with the other children of Klaas & Elisabeth (Katharina, Nicholas, Jakob, Abraham & Franz). The Wiebe children were registered in the Mariawohl school records as Fransens.
In the photo are Lisa Martens born 1929, her nephew Wilhelm Martens and his son Andreas Martens. I remember meeting Lisa Martens in Kant, Kyrgyzstan in 1978.
