Johann Dueck (our 2nd cousin from Germany) is at the top of the demolished building, which has a basement, which we were told is an original house, as the Ukrainian people did not build basements. Was there consensus that this must be (could be) the house of our ancestors, Nicholas & Maria (Wichert) Fransen, and hence the place where, Elizabeth (Andres), Nick, Mary, Anna, Catherine (Harder), Henry, Lena and Jake were born?
